SUMMARY:First In-Person i612 Event of 2021: Twins Game!
DESCRIPTION:After a brief hiatus from in-person events\, i612 is back and kicking off our 2021 schedule with our third annual Twins Game Outing at the Budweiser Roofdeck at Target Field for the 7:10pm game on Thursday 7/8 vs. the Detroit Tigers. Along with your ticket\, food and drink will be provided. \nThank you to our sponsors Wunderkind\, PadSquad\, DoubleVerify\, true[X]\, Leaf Media Group \nIMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: \nRSVP REQUIRED BY 3PM TUESDAY JULY 6 – If you know anyone that would like to attend and needs an invite\, please send an email to i612mpls@gmail.com with their name\, company\, and title. \nGETTING YOUR GAME TICKET – Instructions for how to claim your ticket on your mobile device will be sent closer to the date. You will need to use the MLB Ballpark App. Please be sure i612mpls@gmail.com is on your approved sender email list so you don’t miss instructions. YOUR EVENTBRITE INVITE AND CONFIRMATION IS NOT YOUR GAME TICKET. \nKEEP YOUR RSVP CURRENT – We understand plans change. Please be sure to change your “Yes” to a “No” in Eventbrite if you can no longer attend. This event is limited and we want everyone who wants a ticket to get one. If something changes last minute\, please just email i612mpls@gmail.com to let us know. \nWAITLIST – If RSVP is full and you would like a ticket\, please sign up for the waitlist. As people cancel their tickets\, we will be releasing those on the waitlist first. \nARRIVAL TIME/GAME DELAY OR CANCELLATION – you can begin arriving for the game as early as 5:30pm. In the event of a game cancellation or delay\, we will email everyone who has RSVP’d “Yes” for the game to let you know. \nCOVID-19 VACCINE REQUIREMENTS – While Target Field is not currently requiring masks while outdoors nor vaccination to attend Twins games\, i612 wants to ensure all of our attendees have a safe and healthy return to our in-person events. We therefore will be requiring i612 attendees to be vaccinated and will make accommodations only for those unable to be vaccinated. \nBy RSVPing ‘Yes’ and attending an i612 event\, I certify that I will meet at least one of the following criteria: \n\nI will be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by the event date\nI have an ADA-approved exemption (e.g. allergy\, etc.) to the COVID-19 vaccine\, but will commit to wearing a mask except when actively eating or drinking\n\nIf you do not meet one of these two criteria and still choose to attend an i612 event\, you will be banned from future events. \nI hereby certify that I understand the risks associated with this activity and agree that i612 shall not be held responsible for any injuries or losses sustained by me during the event. This includes COVID-19. \nFor more information on Target Field’s Health & Safety Guidelines\, please visit their website. \nBAG POLICY – Due to current public health guidelines\, as of May 24\, single-compartment bags (maximum size of 16”x16”x8”) are allowed into Target Field. These include purses\, clutch purses\, single-compartment tote bags\, clear bags\, drawstring bags\, diaper bags\, single-compartment\, soft-sided coolers and medically-necessary items. Backpacks\, multi-compartment laptop bags\, duffel bags or any bags over the size requirement are not allowed into the ballpark.
